Service was extremely disappointing. What should have been a routine tire replacement turned into a negative experience due to unprofessional and disrespectful communication from staff. Respect matters in this industry, and unfortunately, this shop failed completely. drivers or dispatchers who respect themselves will call them because they will not respect you

he service is quite expensive, and the mechanic was unprofessional. We were 20–30 minutes late with the payment, and he reacted very rudely. I would not recommend this service. The pricing is also unsatisfactory.

Omar's truck service was absolutely fantastic. Got my truck in and repaired very quickly. Very good mechanic. Very easy to talk to about my issues with my truck. If you have a break down in or around Nashville you have to come here. Very fair pricing for parts and labor.

We had an issue with our truck’s regen system and DPF filters, and these guys really saved us. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back on the road without any delays. What impressed me the most was not only their professionalism but also how affordable the service was compared to other shops. Honest pricing, knowledgeable mechanics, and fast turnaround — can’t ask for more. Definitely recommend this place if you want quality work done at a fair price!

This is my very first review ever. I’m so appreciative of Omar for taking the time on a Saturday to replace a sensor on my Transmission. It took him only 5 mins to do. Before he got to me, he was already rewiring the lights on a trailer for another driver. All of this on a Saturday! In the rain! This is what Handling business looks like! When I test drove my truck and everything was 100, I asked him “what do I owe you?” He simply replied “Don’t worry about it! It only took 5 mins.” Dude is a real life Angel! Thanks Omar!
